What About Preventive Dentistry?

So you are a dedicated daily oral hygiene practitioner, and you feel that you and your teeth are on the top of the world. You feel that nothing can harm you and your teeth as long as you do your daily dental routine. So you think all is well?

Well, in a way things are good if you have a dedicated daily oral hygiene routine. Better than those who don’t practice any dental hygiene at all of course. Well, if you are confused by all the literature “out” on eating, I would suggest you consider this simple little book ($5 on Amazon) that I picked up while browsing the other day at Barnes and Nobles. Michael Pollan of The Omnivore’s Dilemma, In Defense of Food, and The Botany of Desire, has written a book you can “tuck” into your pocket to remind you of simple ways to choose foods. It’s title…Food Rules: An Eater’s Manual.
